Synopsis
Stranded on Earth, doomed to die, humanity's only hope: a rock on a distant planet and a ship light years from home. It's been three years since Searcher returned from Octoduo and the heroes that brought her home disappeared. SECON (Space Exploration and Colonization), the corporation that financed, and then sabotaged, that mission, had all assets seized and was shut down. A cutting-edge megacorporation owned by Jake Samson is financing a fresh mission, a second chance for Earth, called Octo2. Earth cautiously rejoices as Jake Samson and his crew launch with one hope, one vision, one future, one mission-and for Jake, one obsession.
