Synopsis
Do you ever wish you could record your Rock'n'Roll dance routines?
The
Rock'n'Roll Dance Practice Journal gives you a simple place to keep track of your goals, lessons, practice, and progress as your dancing develops.
Start by looking ahead. Where would you like your dancing to be in 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year? Use the goals page to put those ideas into words, then return to them as you move forward.
Track the steps and techniques you learn along the way. Record their names and dates so you can look back and remember not just what you learned, but when each new skill became part of your dancing.
With dedicated class pages, every lesson has a place of its own. Note your teacher, location, start time, duration, class number, what you worked on, and anything you want to remember before your next practice session.
Progress can be hard to see when you're focused on the next step. But every now and then, it's worth looking back. Your notes can remind you how far you've come and show you how your dancing has changed over time.
Inside you'll find:* 1 Goals page to define what you want to achieve
* 3 Steps Learned pages to record the steps and techniques you learn
* 96 Class pages to document lessons, practice, progress, questions, and reflections
Over time, these pages can become more than Rock'n'Roll dance class notes. They can become a personal record of the lessons that stayed with you, the skills you worked hard to develop, the challenges you pushed through, and the moments when things finally clicked.
