About the Author

Dr Mohialdeen Alotumi is an Associate Professor of TESOL and Applied Linguistics at the English Department, Faculty of Languages, Sana’a University, Yemen. He received his PhD in English Language Education from the English and Foreign Languages University, Hyderabad, India, in 2015―as an ICCR scholarship grantee. In 2004, he was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to pursue a Master’s in TESOL at Murray State University, USA. He has published several scientific papers in top-tier journals. Besides, he has been reviewing scientific manuscripts for Education & Information Technologies, Heliyon, and Frontiers in Psychology. His research interests encompass, among others, computer-assisted language learning (CALL), teaching English to speakers of other languages (TESOL), language teacher education, language testing, technology integration, and TPACK.
