Erum Shaikh is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Business Administration, Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University Benazirabad, Sanghar Campus, Pakistan. She is a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the Institute of Business Administration, University of Sindh, Jamshoro, Pakistan. Her research direction is CSR, Organizational study, and quantitative and qualitative methods.

Muhammad Nawaz Tunio is an accomplished scholar in Business, Management, and Policy, brings much experience and expertise to the academic arena. With a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Economic Development from Alpen Adria University, Klagenfurt, Austria, Dr. Tunio has established himself as a leading authority in his field. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Business Administration, University of Sufism and Modern Sciences, Bhitshah, Pakistan, he has also held positions at esteemed institutions such as Greenwich University and Mohammad Ali Jinnah University.
