About the Authors

Nichola Lore is an innovator who originated the field of career design and coined the term “career coach”. His pioneering work guided generations of adults—in a wide variety of industries, sectors, and roles—through career change. His programs and services helped thousands of young people design bright futures and career paths. Nick has been commended for excellence by two US presidents. He lives in Rockville, Maryland.

Monica S. Rose is the founder of Career Matters, a boutique coaching and consulting company that offers personalized career services to clients worldwide. Drawing on her diverse background in business, recruiting, and psychology, Monica creates novel and effective tools for her clients.
