Synopsis

Why? It's a simple question we ask from a very early age. From a place of curiosity to the height of anger this one word is used for so many situations in our lives. We ask it of friends, parents, spouses and even God. Lessons from a Quilt takes us through personal struggles of the author that led to questioning her own faith and God's love for her. In the tangles of tragedies and through the beauty of an old quilt came unexpected answers that gave the author an internal strength to overcome. Now shared with you, these simple and practical ideas can be used immediately, and in any situation, to help you begin to understand why and build your faith in God to a new level. Amy is originally from Tennessee and now lives in Florida with her husband Alan. Their blended family consists of four wonderful children, two energetic grandchildren and one who looks down on them from heaven. She was inspired to write this book by a still small voice that would not relent and by the support of her family and friends to whom the advice in this book has been given many times. When not writing she enjoys traveling, baking and living life to its fullest potential.
