作者以一個自小生長在海外僑居地越南堤岸的華僑報人,回到祖國台灣台北定居生活後,憑著從事報業一向對時事新聞習慣性的有感,以及對社會現象的一些想法和觀感,寫下數百篇以愛為出發點的隨筆小品,出版「善性循環」隨筆集,讓愛心從此啟航,航向世界每個角落,也航進大家的心中,但願在愛的旅途上,溫馨和諧、一帆風順,在彼此的祝福聲中,期待引發愛的迴響,人性的光明面有不斷的善性循環,讓每個有愛的心靈,在和煦的陽光下繼續茁壯、成長。同時作者也期許在個人渺小、夢幻般的人生中,留下些許雪泥鴻爪,以作紀念。
黃寶芝,籍貫廣東南海,民國四十(1951)年出生於越南堤岸。越南穗城中學、博愛英文學院畢業,現任世界越棉寮華文報人聯誼會會長,曾任越南華文新論壇報編輯、台灣聯合報系編輯、亞洲作家協會越棉寮海外分會監事、越南歸僑協會監事、顧問,著有《漢字之傳承與繁簡之爭》《善性循環》等散文及隨筆集。
