Synopsis
They arrive in silence, out of dark skies. They infest human hosts and consume them. And they are everywhere. They are Parasites: alien creatures who must invade and take control of human hosts to survive. About the Author
After starting his career as an assistant to Lady Snowblood creator Kazuo Kamimura, Hitoshi Iwaaki broke out with 1988's body horror-alien invasion story Parasyte, which would become a global hit and go on to be adapted into two live-action films and a popular anime series. Iwaaki's other works include Historie, Neo Devilman, and Reiri.
