Create a Vibrant, Diverse, Equitable, and Inclusive Workplace and Watch Your Bottom Line Thrive
A lot of attention is paid to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace right now. And rightly so. For too long, the work of DEI was seen as a distraction―or worse, a detraction―from the bottom line. But we now know that having a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace is not only good for company culture and morale; it’s also good for business.
The Advantage of Other is a book designed to support entrepreneurs, founders, and leaders in any field who want to transform their organizations diversity, equity, and inclusion policies, going beyond the quick fixes and metrics-driven analyses to make deep, long-lasting, and sustainable transformation from the ground up.
Author Nancy Geenen is a serial entrepreneur and founder of Flexability, a workplace equity and inclusion firm that has helped hundreds of organizations to build equitable, dynamic, and productive working environments. Her words will take you step by step through her personal and professional journey to share insights and strategic recommendations.
This practical and actionable content will reorient your business concepts around the core precepts of stakeholder primacy and give you the tools you need to invest in people and in actions that stimulate growth and generate a clear competitive advantage.
