Synopsis

Book 2 in the RIP City Chronicles

Drawing the battle lines between good and evil on earth.

The story everyone thinks they know, told from the place where no one was looking.

The war behind the world has always been there.

For centuries the conflict has raged unseen.

Angels move through the City on a Hill in Shamayim with disciplined restraint.

Ancient watchers and warriors observe the fragile theater of humanity.

Deep beneath the surface of the world, darker powers wait for the moment they believe will finally break The Alpha's hold on Earth.

Most humans know nothing of it.

But a few are beginning to sense that something is changing.

A young woman in Nazareth receives an impossible message.

A child is born under a starlit Bethlehem sky.

Angels and archangels watch as the boy grows quietly into the man creation has long awaited.

Righteous souls in RIP City hear rumors of something coming.

Then the wilderness begins to stir.

A prophet appears beside the Jordan River.

"Prepare the way."

Demons grow restless.

Shamayim's watchers gather along the Curtain separating worlds.

And at the Jordan River, the moment arrives.

A young, unknown carpenter from Nazareth steps forward into the water.

Shamayim knows what is coming.

Deep in the fetid halls of Tartarus, Apollyon, the Great Dragon, thinks he does ... but is about to discover he is wrong.

Trouble on Earth begins the earthbound chapter of the sweeping RIP City Chronicles series, revealing the unseen struggle unfolding alongside the life and ministry of Yeshua, from the first whisper of His coming to the moment He steps into the waters of the Jordan, and the hidden war finally moves into the open.

Because when the Son of Man walks the earth ... all of creation holds its breath.
