About the Author
SAM SILVERSTEIN is founder and CEO of The Accountability Institute(TM) and the creator of the Certified Accountability Advisor(TM) designation. Sam's mission is to build a more accountable world. He is the author of several books, including No More Excuses, Non-Negotiable, No Matter What, The Success Model, Making Accountable Decisions, The Lost Commandments, I Am Accountable, and The Theory of Accountability.
