About the Authors

David L. Auchterlonie is an award-winning corporate turnaround executive. With over 50 years of business experience, he led turnarounds of more than 200 businesses facing complex strategic, operational, and financial challenges. His career achievements include saving over 25,000 employee jobs, completing 40 merger and acquisition transactions of over $4.5 billion, and creating meaningful shareholder value in each of his engagements. He now serves as a trusted advisor to private company boards and an academic institution.

Jeffrey A. Lehman has served as a C-level consultant to multinational corporations such as McDonnell Douglas, Boeing, and Battelle Memorial Institute, as well as government and military entities for more than 30 years. His experience includes program management, operations, strategic planning, logistics, product development, global marketing, and national security. He has worked in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and India.
