Synopsis
Amidst the irradiated plains walks a legend who is more than man . . . BEWARE THE MAN FROM MAYBE!
In the dry and dead future that's coming soon, all life belongs to Oppenheimer-obsessed billionaire Harvard Denny and his corporate scavengers from Smile, Inc., who pillage the wastelands in search of atomic contraband. But when a hyper-advanced vessel of possibly alien origin crash lands on the outer edge of Denny's empire of neon-lit ruins, will it bring promise or poison to a distorted world?

About the Authors
Jordan Thomas hails from the South of England but is currently living in Valencia, Spain. His first published comics work was the 1920s post-war, farm-based horror series, Frank At Home On The Farm. Since then he has written a sci-fi short for the Oni Press XINO anthology and the alien world crime story, Weird Work, at Image Comics, both with Shaky Kane as well as the UK crime epic Mugshots at Mad Cave Studios. He likes dogs, swimming, and swimming with dogs.
Inspired by the DIY ethic of the early punk movement, Shaky Kane contributed to the burgeoning small press scene before finding a regular spot drawing for British music paper The NME. Kane’s work found a home in a whole host of popular British comic strip publications during the late 1980s to the early 1990s, including Deadline, Revolver, Judge Dredd the Megazine, and 2000 AD. Returning to comics in 2010, Kane collaborated with writer David Hine on the highly acclaimed Bulletproof Coffin series for Image Comics. True to his early artistic inspirations, Kane continues drawing for independent publication to this day, and is regularly published on both sides of the Atlantic. Collaborating with up-and-coming writer Jordan Thomas, Kane’s current work includes Weird Work, published through Image Comics, and Bulletproof Coffin: Giant from Oni Press.
