Dennis A. Rendleman, Ethics Counsel, American Bar Association, Chicago, IL Dennis A. Rendleman is ethics counsel in the Center for Professional Responsibility at the American Bar Association. He serves as chief counsel to the Standing Committee on Ethics and Professional Responsibility and provides oversight for ETHICSearch. Mary McDermott is Assistant Ethics Counsel at the American Bar Association where she researches and writes on issue of professional conduct.
