About the Author
Travis Cushman is the owner of Cushman Law Office, P.C. in Great Falls, MT. He has represented over 200 abused or neglected children, served as a special prosecutor against the accused parent and served in Federal District Court as an attorney guardian ad litem representing the child victim witness. He is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court. In 2008 he received the ABA/YLD lifelong Fellowship appointment due to his dedication to the legal profession. In 2009 he received the Honorable Judge Robert P. Goff Pro-Bono Award.
