About the Author

Vince Walkowiak, of Dallas, Texas, is a partner in the Dallas office of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. and is the co-head of the firm's product liability litigation practice group. Mr. Walkowiak has extensive experience in tort and commercial litigation, including the defense of products liability, extra-contractual liability, and lender liability issues. He is a former law professor who has authored or edited more than 11 books on product liability or attorney-client privilege topics.
Oscar Rey Rodriguez, of Dallas, Texas, is a litigation partner in the Dallas office of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. and is a member of the Appellate Practice Group. His practice focuses on state and federal appellate and trial litigation in both tort and commercial areas. He is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Civil Appellate Law and is the immediate past Chair of the Dallas Bar Association's Appellate Law Section.
