DON FELIX

THE TICO CONNECTION

The ATLAS Report issued by the Special Investigations Unit of the Gendarmerie of Liege was peculiar in more than one way. At the top it was marked "Confidential. Not to be used in court proceedings" and it continued, "To understand this 'Nebula,' one has to abandon the established path of logic as far as finances and politics are concerned. No longer can there be mention of nation states, of political party colors or of any economic coherence. Our conclusion would be that, over 20 years, some economical forces, some of which are of the mafia-type linked to the political power and organized crime structures, have reached the 4th level of money laundering, in other words: Absolute Power."

The spider in this web, the report said, was a Belgian national of Polish-Jewish descent by the name of Felix Przedborski, aka Don Felix.

"We have been informed about a person who appears to be one of the mysterious top leaders in several countries, (including ours). This person is portrayed as being the 'éminence grise,' the de facto director of most of the big multinational companies whose structures are being used to launder large amounts of capital.

This person is: PRZEDBORSKI, Felix, born 12 December 1930, 'stateless' ..."

The police document was never really taken seriously. It was considered "too outlandish" and conspiratorial. Indeed, the Nebula seemed to have a lot in common with what others called the New World Order. How had "ordinary" police investigators been able to identify "absolute power" when accidentally stumbling over it? Still, the report listed many names of individuals and companies. Its content became a lot more plausible to those who were willing to research its backgrounds.

Also noteworthy was the fact that Costa Rica was identified as a major nexus for the worldwide network. In more recent years Russian-Israeli Maffiya control of Costa Rica has indeed been confirmed. Here is what Wayne Madsen wrote about Costa Rica and Przedborski in his September 2011 report:

"The ATLAS Report also identified who the Belgian police believed was a kingpin of Nebula. It is also noteworthy how Costa Rica is identified as a major nexus for the worldwide network. The information about Russian-Israeli Mafia control of Costa Rica has been verified by recent information obtained by WMR from Costa Rican sources. The ATLAS Report states:

"We have been informed about a person who appears to be one of the mysterious top leaders in several countries, (including ours).

This person is portrayed as being the "éminence grise," the de facto director of most of the big multinational companies whose structures are being used to launder large amounts of capital. This person is: PRZEDBORSKI, Felix, born 12 December 1930, 'stateless,' husband to Helène KRYGIER, formerly living in TERVUREN.

On the subject of this person, we have been told that:

-He has a double nationality: Belgium + Costa Rica.

We have been able to confirm that he obtained Belgium nationality on 6 September 1978, a few days before his emigration to Costa Rica. His wife, born 5 June 1931, obtained Belgian nationality on 28 December 1950.

-He is Ambassador of Costa Rica to IAEA in Vienna (anti-nuclear commission) and allegedly also holds the position of minister plenipotentiary of this same country at the European Economic Community as well as to France (where he has offices on Avenue Wilson, Paris). -He actually lives in Costa Rica, where he owns the property BELLA VISTA in the San José Country Club, Escazu/San José-Costa Rica. [...]"

On November 2, 2010, WMR reported on the strong Israeli and Mossad influence on the government of Costa Rica:

"On October 28, Nicaragua accused Costa Rica of staging cross border raids by Costa Rican paramilitary police into Nicaraguan territory. Costa Rica has been warning Nicaragua against dredging the San Juan River inside Nicaraguan territory. Costa Rica, which fancies itself as an ecological 'green haven,' claims the dredging of the river is causing environmental damage. But as WMR previously reported, Costa Rica, which is backed by George Soros 'civil society' agents of influence, as well as Israeli intelligence agents, is trying to paint Nicaragua as an aggressive destroyer of the environment.

On November 1, Costa Rica claimed that Nicaraguan troops had taken up position on Calero island in the San Juan River and which is claimed by both countries. Nicaragua claims that its troops are in the area to control drug trafficking from Costa Rica, whichWMR previously reported involved Costa Rican police and intelligence personnel. In a statement published by the Washington Post, Nicaraguan Army chief of staff General Julio-Aviles confirmed WMR's previous report stating the drug trafficking from Costa Rica is controlled by an expatriate Nicaraguan family operating from San Jose, the Costa Rican capital.

WMR has also learned that the paramilitary operatives operating out of Costa Rica, including CIA and Mossad agents, are now looking at extending their destabilization operations into El Salvador, now governed by the leftist Farabundo Marti Liberation Front government of President Mauricio Funes, an ally of Ortega in Nicaragua. The tactic being used by the Chinchilla-Lieberman regime in San Jose is the same as that being used against Nicaragua: flood El Salvador with cocaine to increase drug gang warfare and instability.

Most of the drug smuggling from Costa Rica into Nicaragua and El Salvador is being conducted by Russian-Israeli mafiosi figures operating under diplomatic cover at the Israeli embassy in San Jose. Others officially operate in San Jose as "Russian Martial Arts" trainers, however, they are actually Israeli defense Force "Krav Maga" trainers.

One of the Mossad suspects, now wanted by INTERPOL, in the assassination of a Palestinian official in Dubai was suspected of making death threats and engaging in an attempted kidnapping in Costa Rica but the Costa Rican government declined prosecution. The Israeli suspect's false identity in the Dubai assassination is Kevin Daveron, born 2/2/1972, Ireland Passport 980975, alias Jonathan Lewis Graham (stolen identity from a United Kingdom passport.

Ex-Israeli commandos operating in Costa Rica with the blessing of Israeli Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman (not known to be a relation to Costa Rica's pro-Zionist Vice President Luis Lieberman Ginsburg; Avigdor hails from Moldova while Luis is of Polish descent) operate under the cover of the Mossad-linked security firm Bitajon Shar, which has been connected, according to WMR's Central American sources, to the destabilization efforts on the Costa Rican borders with Nicaragua and El Salvador."

In updated information provided to WMR from Costa Rican sources, the Costa Rican charged with the assassination of popular Argentine folk singer Facundo Cabral in Guatemala in July is tied to the Mossad-linked criminal drug smuggling network operating throughout Central America and Mexico. Alejandro Jiménez Gonzalez, charged in the killing of Cabral, is the Costa Rican leader of a Central American money laundering syndicate. The actual target of the assassination may have been Cabral's driver, Nicaraguan Elite night clubs owner Henry Farinas, who reportedly received protection from the Nicaraguan government of Daniel Ortega, a prime target of the Israeli syndicates in Costa Rica. In addition to Guatemala, Farinas owns night clubs in Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and Panama and he has, in the past, been linked to the CIA. However, because of his links to Ortega, Farinas may have had a falling out with Langley, which used friendly Mossad operatives to target him in Guatemala, but ended up killing Cabral instead.

THE INSIDER

The report was essentially based on the statements of an insider by the name of Michel Verdeyen. He had been involved in shady real estate deals with the Jewish-Russian Maffiya, from Brussels to New York. As a consequence he had spent some time in jail. His term in prison, so he said, had helped him to return to an honest life. And he was now willing to talk. One of his contacts had been the cousin of Hélène Krygier, Don Felix's wife. Michel V described what he had learned about the machinations of Przedborski, Grand Master of the Jewish Lodge B'Nai B'Rith, as "simply unimaginable."

"Let's theorize for a minute," he said, "that there is this structure that is well organized, well equipped and well trained. Its existence is justified by the paramount interests of the nation states. For a number of reasons, this structure is accountable to no-one. This structure had its origins in history and it is so well established that nobody really directs it any longer, while nobody knows all the intricacies of it any more. The more so because anyone in the know keeps silent or lies about it. Now imagine the enormous power available to the persons who can put this structure to work for themselves. And then, some day, someone pulls the lever and sets the machine in motion, confident that everything is under control. Who would have the guts to do it? Who was in a position to do it and exactly what levers could be pulled? That's what we should focus on."

In the same vein, Michel V continues: "Let's consider Andreotti, the Divine! At the time when he was indicted, I remember one of my Italian friends telling me that Andreotti wasn't linked to the mafia. No, he was the mafia. But by the time we realized that, he had been protected for years. Or this: who has any idea of the magnitude of Craxi's fortune when he fled to Africa? Let's imagine that this really happened somewhere in the world, then why not in Belgium too ... or, for all we know, everywhere ... like some universal law of nature. Like Mitterrand and his forty thieves. Because the enthronement of Mitterrand in '83 has had a great impact.

"As early as 1981 there existed a European caste that was confident it could take control of Europe and that had set out to do exactly that. Belgium was already split up. [...] Politics: don't look for any differences in ideology there, it's all just about getting hold of the instruments of the 'democrature' in order to grab power. As I said, let's stop dividing the world in left, right, socialist, catholic, democratic ... on the level we are talking about, they all fight the same fight. Give and take. In essence, it's always about three things: weapons, money, corruption. These three are so omnipresent that we don't even notice them any more. [...] Yet, for sure, there have been way too many dead already. [...] I am beginning to realize that there is this giant international structure that is anchored in Belgium and that politics and finances are submerged in it. For their criminal operations, they call on the best lawyers, the biggest banks and the major business consultants, in order to walk away scot-free. Just imagine what this means in reality, taking into account that the highest rulers of many countries either belong to this structure or support it. Those who keep looking at the world through left-right glasses are stuck on this one tenth of an inch of the time-scale. The only real divide is that between having money and having none, having power and having none. And besides, below a certain depth, all fish have the same color. I know what I'm talking about."

THE DISCRETE MILLIONAIRE

Oddly, despite the fact that he had been living in Belgium for several decades, nobody had ever heard of Don Felix until the publication of the ATLAS Report. Now his name had popped up in the Cools murder file.Przedborski, born in 1930 in Zgierz, Poland, allegedly had known Cools' deported father in a Nazi concentration camp during the war. Many years later, in Belgium, Don Felix and Cools junior had become friends. The picture Don Felix painted of his concentration camp years was quite vague and full of contradictions. Fajbusz Najman, one of Felix's 1950s friends, claimed that Felix was "the biggest fraud on the face of the earth." Felix, Najman said, never showed up at Jewish ex-Kz gatherings for fear of being exposed. Be that as it may, thanks to the testimonies of Najman and Lejbus Szampaner, whose name was on the prisoners' list of the Lodz ghetto, Felix managed to extract reparation payments from the German government.

But how could Don Felix, a poor Jewish refugee who had made his way to Belgium by the end of WWII, have gained such enormous wealth and power without being noticed?

One of the reasons he had remained unnoticed was that he had ways to silence critics and nasty investigators. Most of the time a letter from his lawyers would suffice to shut them up. If required Felix would sue in Court anyone who portrayed him in a negative way.

That is what happened to investigative journalist Walter De Bock back in 1995 after he published a series of critical articles about Felix in the Belgian newspaper De Morgen. The same thing happened to journalist Mauricio Herrera in Costa Rica. Both journalists and their newspapers lost their case.

The said articles condensed the info collected by a group of "Felix Watchers" in several countries. In Germany, where Felix had been involved in a scandal involving Lufthansa that had taken on gigantic financial and political proportions, Felix-watcher Jurgen Roth had taken it upon him to publish a book, titled The Grey Eminence, about the wheeling and dealing of Przedborski. The book was soon taken out of circulation.

According to the authors of the ATLAS Report this international group of journalists was determined to expose Przedborski by simultaneously publishing their findings in their respective newspapers. The investigating officers seem to have been of the opinion that these revelations could destabilize the Belgian nation. For that reason they had submitted their report before being able to double-check the data. However, it was crystal clear that the Belgian ruling class was not going to allow the press to embarrass them. Witness the gagging of MP [Jean-Pierre] Van Rossem in Parliament. The journalist revolt quickly ran aground and fizzled out. Citing from the ATLAS Report:

Item 16. The reasons why we submit this report now, without having had the time to double check certain items, are several:

-the most important reason, or so it appears to us, is that a group of journalists has obtained information similar to ours through channels and by means differing from ours which results in their information being more complete and verified in several countries.

-these journalists allegedly are very determined to bring it all out in their respective newspapers [...]

-we have been told that they would go so far as to cause a national strike of the journalists (note from the undersigned: which could eventually cause an uncontrollable government crisis) if they were to be prohibited to publish their articles.

In case the pressure on the on the Belgian press would prove too strong, other journalists (French, Italian, American..) would take over and proceed to get these informations published. (note of undersigned: again situation uncontrollable).

-we are in a position to get in touch with these journalists without really knowing what their demands are.

AMBASSADORS

Don Felix obviously wielded a lot of power in high-up circles in many countries. He was a force to be reckoned with in Costa Rica after he had wormed his way into the Tico diplomatic corps in the early 1970s. His diplomatic status as Consul of Costa Rica allowed him to travel unhindered and to penetrate the top of the international political and business milieus. With the help of Felix Przedborski shady figures of the Mikhailov gang, many of them Jews, obtained the same status. Their diplomatic immunity had incited some of them to start their own cocaine business. When they got caught the affair snowballed into a political scandal in Costa Rica in the mid-1990s, triggering an official investigation into the Przedborski haggling of diplomatic honorary titles.

Costa Rica, one of the first nations to have declared war on Hitler, had long been the favorite destination of fugitive Jews, in particular of Polish Jews. There had been a massive immigration of Polish Jews in Costa Rica after the failed January Uprising in Russia in 1865. Teodoro Picado Michalski, son of a Polish immigrant, was Costa Rica's president from 1944 to 1948. Costa Rica was the first nation to open its embassy in the newborn state of Israel, not in Tel Aviv but in Jerusalem! For this Israel had repeatedly shown its gratitude toward the Tico nation.
