Synopsis
- In 1916, Pietro Aquasanta, an Italian rifleman, returns to his childhood home of the Trentino mountain range to find that it's no longer the realm of wonder and adventure he remembers, but has become a place of death and despair, where the elements are as great a threat as the enemy. No weapon of war was more feared than the White Death, thundering avalanches deliberately caused by cannon fire which consumed everything in their path.

About the Authors
Robbie Morrison is the author of Edge of the Grave and Cast a Cold Eye. He sold his first comic-book script at the age of 23, and since then has become one of the most respected writers in the UK comics industry. On both sides, his family connection to Glasgow and the surrounding areas stretches back four generations and is a source of inspiration for the Jimmy Dreghorn series.
Charlie Adlard is the Eisner award nominated artist and co-conspirator on The Walking Dead. In his spare time he's co-created books such as Rock Bottom, Codeflesh, White Death, and many more in his twenty plus year career to date. He's drawn the French album Breath Of The Wendigo and plans to continue working for that market with more bande dessineés planned. He also plays the drums in his band Cosmic Rays...
