About the Author
Prof. Germann is a faculty member of the Department of Plastic Surgery and Hand Surgery at the University of Heidelberg, Germany. Scott Levin is Chair, Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Paul D. Magnuson Professor of Bone and Joint Surgery, Professor of Plastic Surgery in Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, USA. Randy Sherman is the Vice Chairman of the Department of Surgery, Cedars Sinai Medical Center, Los Angeles, USA. Gunter Germann and Scott Levin run numerous hand flap courses worldwide and all three authors are renowned educators in hand surgery.
