About the Author
Mache Seibel, MD, one of America's leading experts on women's wellness and menopause, served on the Harvard Medical School faculty for 20 years and was awarded a Media Award from the North American Menopause Society for advancing the knowledge of menopause. He is editor of the award-winning My Menopause magazine and creator of MenopauseBreakthrough, an online blueprint addressing body, mind, and spirit. Dr. Mache has been featured on PBS, Today, MSNBC, FOX News, People, and many other media outlets. He hosts AskDrMache, a monthly online forum where he answers questions about “changes during the change,” and does coaching and consults to companies. Dr. Seibel is a practicing physician and a sought after speaker for numerous organizations, conferences, and universities. He lives in Boston with his wife.
