About the Author

Born and raised in Bulgaria, a former communist country, Ceitci’s story is one of tragedy to triumph and poverty to riches. Arriving in the United States at age nineteen with $100 and 100 words of English, her ultimate passion and purpose was, and still is, helping people. Her personal stories of overcoming life’s challenges and persevering in the face of betrayal, discouragement, and sickness are intertwined with her principles of hope, truth, love, and purpose. After extensive studies in cross-cultural communications, public speaking, business and leadership development, Ceitci has become a recognized motivational speaker and teacher worldwide. As an ordained minister, she specializes in a wide range of topics pertaining to Christian theology, nonprofit organizational growth, creative fundraising methods, as well as personal and spiritual development of our God-given potential and gifts. She has been a guest on Clear Channel networks, numerous TV and radio shows, and has spoken to a variety of audiences, churches, and business organizations. As the Founder and CEO of the nonprofit organization Ceitci Demirkova Ministries/Changing a Generation, formed in 1995, Ceitci and her team work in Bulgaria, Ghana, and Uganda. The organization assists with the social empowerment of orphans, children, and youth through business development, education, and partnerships with organizations similar in vision and purpose. In addition to the book Motivated by the Impossible, Ceitci has authored an autobiography, If You Have God, You Have Everything, and the three-volume devotional series A Cup of Inspiration.
