Cheryl Brickey began quilting in 2010 to make her then-toddler daughter a quilt for her first bed and has been quilting non-stop since. She has a chemical engineering degree from Carnegie Mellon University and she loves to combine her engineering and maths skills in each of her quilt designs, with quilt maths being one of her favourite elements to pattern writing.
