About the Author
Sally McDonald Henry is a partner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, resident in the New York office, where she concentrates in Chapter 11 reorganizations, in which she represents debtors, creditors, creditors' committees, reorganization trustees, and the purchasers of assets from troubled companies. She also provides bankruptcy and creditors' rights advice in various corporate transactions and handles bankruptcy litigation, including preference and fraudulent transfer actions.
