Tom Seabourne, Ph.D., has his degree in exercise science from the University of North Texas, where he was named alumnus of the year. He was a scholarship athlete at Penn State and in 2005 the American Council on Exercise (ACE) voted him one of the top three fitness educators in the World. Tom is a two-time All-American in tae kwon do. He won the bicycle Race Across America (RAAM) Open West and was a top ten finisher overall. Tom as been featured as the Sports Illustrated Athlete of the Month, as Men's Fitness magazine's Sportsman of the Month, as Men's Exercise magazine's Mr. Fitness, and in Physical magazine's "In the Sportlight." He has authored more than a dozen books on sports and fitness.
