About the Author
Izolda Fotiyeva, PhD, is a professor in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at Howard University, specializing in the topics of quantitative social research, mathematics education, and higher education. She’s developed curricula in science and mathematics for Russian public schools and is the author of Math with Mom and coauthor, with Dmitriy Fotiyev, of The Complete Idiot's Guide to Trigonometry.
