"The basics are this: at first we have the thought. It may be in the form of a goal, or it may be in the form of an idea for a new product, or a new process or system, or something we want to integrate or move into our lives in some way. Maybe it’s something we want to achieve, and we set this as our goal.

Secondly, we have to be able to believe that this is absolutely possible for us! We have to see that the thought, or the belief, or the goal is believable. That it is a belief with possibility. Once we actually can believe it, then we have to be able to visualize it.

So, step one is to set the goal. Step two is to be able to believe in the goal, absolutely believe it is possible for you – not for someone else, but for you. Step three is to be able to visualize yourself at the point of the goal."
