About the Author

Kim Langley, M.Ed., is certified in DDI, Achieve Global, and as a spiritual director. She is president of LifeBalance Enterprises, Inc. with 20 years of experience as a retreat leader and trainer. Kim's most popular speaking topics are Emotional Intelligence, Happiness and Resilience, and Spiritual Poetry Circles.
