Synopsis

An urgent letter from Clint Adams' old friend in Raton, New Mexico, triggered an avalanche of trouble for the Gunsmith. First a sexy young widow made him a target for marriage. And then a savage gunman horse-napped Clint's trusty gelding, Duke. And to make things worse, his buddy's foolhardy son challenged the Gunsmith to a showdown.

It was a mess of trouble, and Clint Adams had to do some fancy shooting, hard loving, and quick thinking to stay on his feet. But it was staying alive that had him worried.
