About the Author
Gene Rontal, M.D. has always had an interest in telling stories. From his experience as a head and neck surgeon, Dr. Rontal learned both the personal and professional stories behind the world of medicine. Those stories, combined with a passion for mystery writing, turned into five medical murder mystery novels starring Rontal's main protagonist Dr. Ben Dailey. Dailey, a surgeon who finds himself reluctantly playing detective, winds up in action adventures that that explore the fascinating practice of medicine, while entertaining the reader with spellbinding plots. Dr. Rontal resides in Chicago, Illinois.
