About the Author
WELBY O'BRIEN holds a teaching degree from Biola University and a Master's Degree in counseling from Portland State University. Having personally experienced grief, divorce and PTSD, she has authoredGood-bye for Now, and Formerly A Wife, as well as LOVE OUR VETS: Restoring Hope for Families of Veterans with PTSD. She is also a contributing author toChicken Soup for the Soul: Divorce and Recovery, and Shepherding Women in Pain.Welby initiated and facilitates the national support network called "Love Our Vets: PTSD Family Support.
