ALLAN MILHAM, Master Certified Coach (MCC), and Kimberly Roush, Professional Certified Coach (PCC), are among the industry’s most elite. Together, they represent nearly a quarter-century of experience coaching top performing executives.

Before following their passion into coaching, both spent over two decades in corporate America, Allan as a consultant in both the human resources and career management industries and Kimberly as a national partner in Big-Four public accounting.
