Tom Rath is The Gallup Organization's Global Practice Leader for Strengths-Based Development. Since joining Gallup in 1992, Rath has guided the research and development of assessments, books, and professional development programs, including the science, technology, and language underpinning the best-selling book, Now, Discover Your Strengths.
