Synopsis

The work consists of four major sections: Part 1 teaches the ideas, history, and statistics of Total Quality Management and Six Sigma. Part 2 teaches how they apply to hospital and healthcare practices. Part 3 gives examples of the application of Total Quality Management principles to specific issues. Part 4 consists of electronic workbooks that lead the user step by step through developing one's own plan for total quality interventions. The program includes video clips for interviews and role-plays, animations, narrations, and interactive questions. Tests are available for many individual modules of the work, and enable printing of a certificate with a grade of 80%. 1200 pages on the CD.
