I have read a couple sample guidelines on Fire Engineerings forum and on fireopsonline.com. I like how they take complex topics and break them down to the simplest formats. As a volunteer firefighter, I couldnt imagine a book with more useful information. I cant wait to get my copy.--Steve Weston
