About the Author

Barb Karg is a 20-year journalist who has written countless articles for newspapers and magazines and is also a published author and agented screenwriter. For over 14 years, she has also been a graphic designer and layout specialist for major publishers including McGraw-Hill, Ziff-Davis, Coriolis, Prima, and Adams Media. As Executive Vice President and Director of Operations of Lone Wolf Enterprises, a book packaging company, she is responsible for overseeing the production and editorial departments. She lives in Depoe Bay, Oregon. Rick Sutherland has witnessed print evolution first hand, with over twenty-five years in commercial printing production, management, and sales. Thorough knowledge of print production, ranging from client development and rela-tions to electronic pre-press, press operation and finishing, gives Sutherland an intimate overview of the publication processes. He lives in Depoe Bay, Oregon.
