About the Author

Susanne Hess has worked at PIKON Deutschland AG since 2002 and is Senior Consultant in the area of Business Intelligence. She has successfully implemented numerous requirements in the area of "controlling business processes/sales and distribution controlling." Sefanie Lenz has worked at PIKON Deutschland AG since 1998 and leads the Business Intelligence area, which is specialized in designing and implementing Business Intelligence solutions unsing SAP NetWeaver BI. Her work covers all components, from data extraction from source systems, to modelling in BI, to programming additional requirements, to reporting in Excel and Web, to mapping planning functions. Jochen Scheibler is a member of the Executive Board of PIKON Deutschland AG and has dealt with SAP implementation projects for more than ten years.
