Synopsis
Architecture of Leadership is a simple but effective toolkit for leaders, whose main theme is preparation = performance. About the Author
Donald T. Phillips has been instrumental in the creation of a new genre of books on historical leadership and is the author of the bestsellers Lincoln on Leadership and Martin Luther King Jr. on Leadership. Adm. James M. Loy is former deputy secretary of U.S. Homeland Security, former commandant of the U.S. coast guard and has received numerous military and civilian commendations.
