Florence M. Margai is Associate Professor of Geography at Binghamton University, State University of New York. She is the author of Environmental Health Hazards and Social Justice: Geographical Perspectives on Race and Class Disparities. Frazier and Margai are the coauthors (with Eugene L. Tettey-Fio) of Race and Place: Equity Issues in Urban America.
