<b>Charles Glover, MS</b>, is the Director of Certification & Assessment Products at the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) where he manages the development of the SHRM-CP® and SHRM-SCP® exams. He holds a Master of Science Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and has been a devoted Certification/Licensure professional for over 10 years. He is also a passionate researcher, analyzing exam performance metrics to increase candidate awareness around the benefits of becoming SHRM certified and the optimal preparation strategy toward earning SHRM certification.
<b>Nancy A. Woolever,</b> MAIS, SHRM-SCP, is SHRM's vice president of certification. She joined SHRM in 1997 to plan SHRM's conference, seminar, e-learning, and executive education programs, for which she was awarded the Meeting Partner of the Year. Beginning in 2006, she led SHRM's academic initiative to raise HR educational standards before joining the certification team as director of exam development in 2017. In 2019, Woolever was named vice president of certification as overall program and project owner with responsibility for exam development, certificant care, and testing administration.
