Synopsis
When a new baby is brought into the home, the beloved family dog finds that all the attention has been taken away from him by "Howler" and just doesn't like it at all, but when he becomes a father to his own litter, things become much clearer to him, in an amusing tale about a jealous dog.

About the Author
Michael Rosen is a poet, performer, broadcaster, and scriptwriter, as well as a children's book author. He lives in London with his wife and five children.
Neal Layton lives in Berkshire, England. When he was young he had a little dog called Scamp, who was a great inspiration for illustrating Rover and Howler.
