About the Author

Richard A. Poisel is the Chief Scientist at the US Army Communications Electronics Command, Research, Development and Engineering Center, Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate, Ft. Monmouth, NJ. He received his M.Sc. in management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Sloan School of Management and his Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the University of Wisconsin
