About the Author

Dan Fingerman (e-mail address: dan@typewritergeneration.com) is president of Computer Insights, a microcomputer training and consulting firm based in Berkeley, California. In nearly two decades, he has become a seasoned veteran at translating technical computer concepts for beginners.
