Synopsis

One of the most controversial subjects of our day is that of origins. Did everything in our universe come about as a result of random mechanistic events, or does the perfection of our world and larger universe demand an intelligent designer? This high school textbook illustrates both sides of the issue, first of all explaining what evolution is and what its proponents use as proof and then explaining creationism and its proponents' scientific reasons for their position. The text also demonstrates the ramifications of a belief in evolution versus a belief in a Creator.A valuable companion CD can also be purchased providing teachers, parents, and students with easy-to-use supplements such as: Vocabulary review Chapter review Concepts maps Tests A Final Exam
