Cairelle Crow Perilloux is a genealogist; midlife maven; wanderess of wild and holy spaces; a priestess of bees, stars, and sacred roots; and, through her motherline, a daughter descendant of mitochondrial haplogroup H. With over two decades of experience in traditional and genetic genealogy, she is dedicated to connecting people to their own genealogy magic by teaching them how to research their ancestral lineages. Cairelle lectures and offers educational workshops nationally and internationally. Writing as Cairelle Crow, she is the author of The Magic in Your Genes and a contributing author and coeditor of the anthology Brigid’s Light. When she’s not riding on a Mardi Gras float in her native New Orleans or roaming the world in search of grandmothers, quirky art, and stone circles, Cairelle is home in a cozy forest cottage in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia. You can find her online at www.cairelle.com
