About the Author

Harry Newton has 30 years of experience in telecommunications. He founded six monthly magazines: Computer Telephony, Teleconnect, Call Center, Imaging, LAN, and Telecom Gear. He also founded the enormously successful trade show, the Computer Telephony Expo. Harry holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Sydney, Australia. He is currently a venture capitalist in telecom and the publisher of Technology Investor Newsletter. He lives in New York City.
