About the Author

David Chow is a veteran youth worker with fifteen years of experience “in the trenches.” He is the author of No More Lone Rangers and a frequent speaker on leadership and youth ministry issues. He is the founder of Leading Together (www.leadingtogether.com), an organization that coaches leaders and equips churches. He has a master’s in organizational leadership from Biola University and lives in Southern California with his wife and two children.
