About the Author

Richard Swanson is a professor and director of the Human Resource Development Research Center at the University of Minnesota. He has written or edited six other books including the twice award-winning title, Analysis for Improving Performance (BK) Elwood Holton is an Associate Professor at Louisiana State University and is the President of the Academy of Human Resource Development and has authored, co-authored, or edited nine books in this area.
