Volume two on reconstructive surgery covers breast cancer, decisions in breast reconstruction, available tissue reconstruction, tissue expansion reconstruction, latissimus dorsi flap reconstruction, abdominal flap reconstruction, microsurgical techniques, immediate breast reconstruction, prophylactic (risk-reducing) mastectomy, reconstruction after radiation, finishing touches, and reconstructive problems.
