Ray Konopka (Naperville, IL) is the founder of Raize Software Solutions, Inc., and is the chief architect for "Raize Components for Delphi," a commercial package of native Delphi components. He is also a contributing editor for Visual Developer Magazine (formerly PC Techniques), and has written the "Delphi By Design" column (formerly the "Blazing Pascal" column) since early 1994.
