With the release of the 1991 pioneer book "Animated Motion Lamps" by Bill and Linda Montgomery (L-W Books, out of print), prices of motion lamps began skyrocketing. That work pictured 110 lamps and contained no descriptive information. This new book fully describes the motion of each lamp, lists every known variation or alternate releases, and includes much practical information about each piece. While featuring examples from the best collections known, it will appeal to those interested in collecting as well as to those who want to deal in lamps.
